Create Printer Pools - Mac Tips Daily! #366

This is useful, but If someone in your house or office is trying to print a large document, you might not want to wait for that to finish. The solution is to create a Printer Pool, which will simply print to the first available printer.
How to do it:
1. 'System Preferences -> Print & Fax'
2. Select the printers you want to use by holding down 'Command' and 'Clicking' on them. READ MORE »

Review: Logitech ClearChat PC Wireless
If you have ever used Skype or iChat to place calls, you clearly know how aggravating the setup is to get it working. Q&A: Where is the App Store? - Mac Tips Daily! #365
Q: Chris from Scranton, PA wrote to me this morning and said "Hey Jonathan, where is the app store in iTunes 7.7. I upgraded but it's not showing up in iTunes."
Thanks for the question Chris.
A: No time for the visual this morning, so you will have to Listen to this episode for the answer.
PS) As of July 11th, it's also available by clicking the 'App Store' icon in iTunes now.
Firmware 2.0, iTunes 7.7, and of course.. the App Store
It's live! You can update your iPhone & iPod Touch to the latest and greatest from Apple. As I am browsing the new Application store, there are tons of great apps. Some cool ones are exactly what you would expect - Facebook, AIM, Evernote, etc.
The great news is that many of these are free. Just browsing the applications I have seen several exciting offerings, such as Pandora, AOL Radio, Chimps Ahoy!, and more. There are so many, it will certainly take awhile for me to check out all of the applications. Simply browsing through the free list, it looks like we will have some duds in there too. READ MORE »
